The design stage involves production of computer-generated visuals to convey plans and designs for the work which needs to be carried out. Office Refurbishment London Portfolio
This international asset management company called in Thames Contracts to design and fit out its workspace. Designed and implemented by our own team, this high-profile office contract transpired as a result of client recommendation, following on from a recent contract we carried out at Watford. During this project, we interpreted the client’s requirements, which were specific from the outset. The work comprised installing glass walls and flooring and fully fitting out the whole area of this 3,000 sq ft office floor, which is within an existing building directly opposite Borehamwood Station in Hertfordshire.
A reception area fitted out at this site was one of three which we completed for this international hospital and healthcare group. The bespoke desks we provided are constructed of Corian®, with feature halo lighting. In some instances, bespoke polished ash desks were adopted, where a more classical feel was required. The desk in the IVF reception area was also designed with privacy screens, in response to the brief received from our client.
